AI Journey Enhancements
This work is a continuation off of the Champion Dashboard Functionality, and was a holistic approach to strategically integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into various points of the youth journey, ensuring more secure, efficient, and accurate care was provided.

The Problem
Difficulty overseeing youth
Even with the added Champion Dashboard functionality, probation officers still had 40+ youth to oversee. Further, they weren’t all trained in how to review and approve stories while giving meaningful feedback.
The Process
Reviewing the service model
The first step was to review the previously created service model, and identify opportunities that officers and youth were facing. Working with various stakeholders, the service model was updated to include these new opportunities.

The Solution
Transcription Recording/Help Build Growth Plan
Growth specialisits or officers can upload a recording of the intake meeting to build a meaningful growth plan. While doing so, they can add additional notes about the intake meeting to supplement the AI’s analysis.
Tag Concerning Content
Stories that have concerning content or plagiarism are tagged and brought to the officer’s attention. Officers can then review the story and escalate the story if necessary.
Member Insights
Within each profile, the officer can get an AI summary based off of the member’s current progress and published stories at any point. This can then be reported out to relevant stakeholders.
